Growing company in the insurance sector.

Cons

Poor management, No respect for vintage employees, Not providing growth chances to the employees who are expert in the process. Learning in quality department has stagnated and what employees have learned in first 6 months and limited with that. where quality was before 5 years is still at the same condition.
