the shift timing was 10 am to 7 pm but the team leader and manager expects to work over time after 7 pm they want u work till 8 pm - 9;30 pm in anyhow,, 6 day working....1 rotational off that decided by the team leader but team leader makes excuses to give week off this ihis is the worst thing ...

It is a great emerging and expanding organisation , if you are a experienced person then recommended( even though they may give u a proper designation but not that satisfaction of the profile ) , freshers are treated as labors ; no encouragement inspite of having great potential.

they don't have better squad of employees at the end of execution .
