Pros

If you are a senior management member or someone's favorite, then it is a great company as you will get all the benefits an employee should get.

Cons

If you are below manager level, you will not even be provided with basic things like parking and you are on your won. Every benefit / facility of the company is only for management/ senior management- whether it is car parking, appraisal, invites, etc.

Leaves are not get easily I have to complete my all office hour in office I want to take leave but due to office work I am unable to take leave
