Pros

Huge incentive if u have caliber to deliver Sales

Cons

Worst work culture Stressful life (for those who r not able to perform) Long hours ( though management will never ask u for overtime but they will create a situation that automatically u have to) Double faced management ( will appraise u today for making a sale and degrade u tommorrow if u don't) Poor incentive criteria ( if u hv sold till 3 lac but ur salary is 3 lac CTC u wont get any incentive, they will earn 90k out of it but u will get nothing) Higher management talks very rudely to under performer Only a excellent performer can survive there if he's making a regular sale

Pros

A team where leaders are leading with the team members, not only company is growing but all capable individuals including CEO, Business Unit Heads, Technology, call centres, Marketing and PR. I have seen everyone working closely. I work with a marketing team, where on side PR is building the brand reputation and work tremendously well as a team to spread awareness and build the brand, other aspects of the marketing is creating awareness of necessary products which are relevant for Indian consumers.

Cons

When you work together, the difference in opinion is bound to happen. Working in a Fintech company means you need to be on your toe every time. If you don't have that zeal, attitude and enthusiasm, then the place is not for you. I have seen people getting carried away by arguments which are healthy to get best out of each Individual. When a leader is stressed out, as the work move at a fast pace.. then some stress is bound to pass to the team to achieve maximum results.. In that situation team should work along with the leaders and support them.

Pros

No doubt, there is a lot to learn about how online portals selling insurance policies work. One also gets to learn about various investment options, and moreover, if done rightly there is great scope for learning something new every day.

Cons

Not all people leading their teams deserve to be there. This means that there will be many times when your work will be judged by superficial and ignorant people. There is a lot of noise with absolutely no sense of office decorum. Team leaders tend to bully their teammates or resort to use of foul language, especially, the lady heading the PR team The Finance team deducts the entire tax in one go and refuses to share Form 16, when asked There are no proper HR policies or grievance redressal mechanisms to tackle misbehavior by bullying team heads The IT team is extremely non-cooperative and lazy, which means that you are stuck with a damaged system for prolonged hours Some people are good at pretending that they have a lot of work to do. They do not know how to prioritize work and have a tendency to stall others’ work progress
