IIT alumni company If you are IITian then it does not matter if you are good in domain in which they hiring you or not , you will be good pay scale and good appraisals

Cons

No work life balance Long 12-15 hrs working , too much work pressure because requirement keep changing till end time No Process to follow for development Poor Infrastructure No parking Facility Very very stressful environment

The best thing about this company is its great vision to cover India's banking ever growing banking sector, empowered diversity and great work life balance. For me, it provided me the possibility to travel, explore, excel my knowledge and also develop myself in fields as leadership, public relations, marketing, team work and sales while I was having good time with other my colleagues.

Cons

There is no cab facilitie & also there is no meal facilities.i think these two point should not be ignored.

Just wanted to share that I got a call from the policybazaar as I applied for a job via hirist.com and wasn't interested anymore (as they called me after a month) I told them over call that I am not interested anymore, after few minutes I received a notification stating "You are unsuitable for the job!" Seriously?
