      pizza hut is not a good company to work for

      Pros

      If you are unemployed currently and are looking for an easy job to help get you up on your feet, then Pizza Hut would be that. Also, if you already have a job, but are looking for a second job to help supplement your income, then working as a driver for Pizza Hut is a good way to bring in some extra cash. But if your looking for a career, then this is not really the best place to go, its on the lower end of the food chain when it comes to employee compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      There are no benefits with this company. There is no compensation whatsoever. The pay is horrible when compared with other companies.

      Pros

      free meals at all company locations. fast paced and fun people from all walks of life. Super loyal customers.

      Cons

      quality of life is not a priority. not given enough labor budget to staff and give the service that the guests deserve. there is always talk of how to wow the guest but the reality is you aren't given the staff to make this a reality. assistants have to work whenever the gm doesn't want to and that can be discouraging as you miss out on happenings in your persoanl life.

      Good Money for a college kid.

      Pros

      The money is good. Job is fun, management is good to work with. Rarely make less than $15 an hour in tips. Upwards to $30 on good days. Job is easy! Recommended for college students, schedule is very open. Management is willing to work with you for just about any reason. Little responsibility. Getting fed is always handy, helps to cut down on the college food budget. Overall highly recommended.

      Cons

      Not highly regarded by future employers. Wear and tear on vehicle is high. New CV axles and brakes are not un common. Be prepared to maintain your vehicle, but the money is adequate to complete this.
