Pros

The pay is decent, and if you're not qualified to do anything else, or you're just looking for a second job or a job to work while you're in school, you could do worse.

Cons

Most employee concerns are ignored by upper management, and pressure is put on store General Managers to conform to irrational measures for driving profit. Many members of store management are not qualified to lead a team of competent employees. Most employee concerns go unnoticed and unaddressed. Very high turnover rate, so employees with several years of experience are not valued. Pay is bi-weekly. Emergency absences are not accomodated.

Pros

plenty of free time, they provide you with a very flexible schedule that you can adapt to your needs, another good reason to work for pizza hut is that the benefits are decent. they do provide you with helath insurance unlike many companies out in the world today. There are all good reason to work for pizza hut

Cons

you are constantly working on the weekends and every major holiday. worki ng the nite shift can get very mono tonous and boring. the substandard crop of employees to choose from can be a detriment o the job as well. you would prefer a little more skilled individual

Pros

Always hiring, hard job to lose. Almost never fire anyone. Good pay for little experience. You write your own schedule so flexability is not an issue

Cons

Never firing anyone means incompetent and people stealing money and hurting your store are almost impossible to get rid of and makes your job extra hard. Senior management does not listen to anyone. Pizza Hut is letting their buildings fall apart which means freezing cold in the winter and 115 degrees in the summer. Management has to wear a crew uniform this is different than almost any other restaurant I have workede at.
