      Descent benefit program. Recently gone public. New leadership. Expected to acquire more competition. Company still in its infancy. Does not operate like the competition - Sysco. Business model focuses on local decisions vs. one size fits all streamlining and downsizing models.

      Difficult to move up. Lacks development programs. Lagging behind in Human Resource leadership.
