      Pros

      As an experienced delivery driver and five years at PFG I can't think of any pro . If your desperate and hungry give them a try.

      Cons

      Talk about no regard for workers. If you are pro union your days are numbered. Contract means nothing they do what they want just do what they say or you will be terminated.

      Pros

      PFG is a friendly environment that encourages team building and socialization to create a cohesive management team. The management, all the way up to the president, recognizes and rewards achievement. There is continual investment in training and education. They really stand behind their policies and procedures.

      Cons

      I honestly have nothing negative to say about this company. The work is difficult and working in refrigeration takes acclimation, but the work environment is a happy one.
