Pros

Work Life Balance, Zone Managers dont care about you on a personal level so they are not checking in on you at all. They only call to fire you or yell at you for numbers

Cons

Culture is terrible, specially in Zone 2, its a real dictatorship over here. No consistent msg from senior mgt. Throwing alot of things against the wall and hoping something sticks. SMB will be phased out by June, They wont admit to that but they will be moving on from the small market.
