-Discretionary time off -Flexibility -Some coworkers

-Grossly underpaid. -Severely overworked. -The most unorganized company -Outspoken personality not desired. They want yes men and women who will not push back or question components that do not make sense. -Leadership does not need to have knowledge of job. -Managers are inadequate and do not offer any sense of guidance. -Stuck in the previous century when it comes to ways of doing things.

Cons

Paychex only pays minimum wage in Denver and refused to increase salaries so a large amount of us have recently walked off the job. Payroll specialists are required to manage up to 300 accounts and the management is almost non-existent. My supervisor wasn't even based out of Denver so I never actually met the person I was reporting to in person. It is a very divisive, unwelcoming and impersonal office culture, so as someone else said: get in and get out.

Leadership Team, decision making, it’s all about the shareholders, unfortunately no one is paying attention to the turnover - they pay people to not share the truth
