The training is horrific. Four weeks of “instructor led” training. And by that they mean you get an actual human 30 mins out of the day; the rest of the time is self learning. Very little help. The next week you go into a full week of 100% self led training . Which is 8 hours of reading job aids a day. The turnover is exponential, this is guaranteed among one of the reasons. You have a whole team of trainers yet 99.999% of the training is SELF taught. So what are they doing all day? Do not expect any support at this place

No work-life balance at all. Impossible to retain any staff as the workload is not manageable. No partnership within the office... departments only look out for their best interest vs. working collectively as a team. A few members in upper leadership are allowed to be manipulative and act unethically. It’s been brought to HR’s attention multiple times, however, everyone is afraid to address it. Run as fast as you can!
