Base and benefits, I guess… I’m in sales that’s not why I came here.

Cons

FUD. Go to Paychex website, enter 100+ employees and ask for a rep to call you. Paycor, not Paychex, Paycor calls. You, the buyer, have no say. Ethics are questionable across the board, wild they manage money. You’re not a legacy employees, big disadvantage. 50-99 mid market vertical. Rules of Engagement, good luck to ya. Manipulation via KPIs. Leaders leading from behind computer/webex calls never in field. Check the stock price 2025 lolz.
