Terrible leadership. Micromanaging to the max. Toxic environment, the worst I have ever witnessed. If you speak up you will be on your way out. They treat employees with no respect. They have an executive elevator, seriously you're not allowed on it. In training they basically tell you that you will quit within 6 months. My entire office has less than 2 years with the company. Terrible to current client's, I was told not to worry about the problems they have because you can't get any revenue out of it. I could go on and on, they lie to get you in and pull all kinds of bs once you start. I have been successful throughout my career, this place is starting to ruin my existing book of business. My advice to anyone who has sales experience, stay where you are or go work two jobs and find something better than this dump. I have already wasted enough time on this, I need to get more resumes out.

Hostel workplace People are not friendly Upper Management are power trip-because I said so, passive aggressive in meetings, big egos Lack of communication-one way communication - employees what to be heard High turn over- lack of training Division- sales rep throw you under the bus when dealing with clients. Sales reps give false hope to clients and send outrageous emails to you as the rep and to upper management. Making it seems as though you don't know how to do your job. Management don't stick up for you when sales throws you under the bus.
