Lots of great people to work with, you can build quality relationships internally here. Job stability and flexibility is a plus.

Cons

Way too many unhappy customers to keep up morale. Company trying to adapt to new market but moves much much too slow. Growing pains sinking the ship. Newer more agile competitors are a big threat. Sales base salary is poor. Administrative burdens are outlandish.

Will be interesting to see what happens with Paychex. They need to start paying the sales reps better and get competitive with competition. Been with Paychex 5 years top producer and doesn’t matter.
