Pros

Co-workers, that's about it. The employees are nice and help out where management knowledge is lacking

Cons

Obsessively micro managed, you CANNOT get a promotion or change departments without your supervisors approval, Paychex offers nice things like time of to volunteer but at your supervisors discretion, which is never approved, supervisors/managers have no clue what they are doing, moral here sucks because of management, no team meetings to discuss anything, systems never work, and the list goes on

Pros

The benefits were good and compensation commission was good

Cons

The management team was inept to say the least and the direction of the team and its strategy was never clear.

Pros

The benefits are good, especially if you're transitioning into the workforce for the first time. Coworkers are nice, but that's heavily dependent on your role and location. Training was well-rounded.

Cons

I had no work-life balance. At all. I spent 1.5 years there, and by the time I found another job, the stress had gotten so bad that I was having panic attacks on Sunday nights. The company puts numbers before anything else. You're encouraged to stretch the truth or lie by omission when talking to clients about certain things. Call times and away times are heavily monitored, and my supervisor once read my instant messages and then complained to me about something I had said to another team member, privately. It felt like I was always being watched. For the last couple months I was there, I spend 9 hours a day answering back to back queue calls with barely any time to call my own clients.
