I had no work-life balance. At all. I spent 1.5 years there, and by the time I found another job, the stress had gotten so bad that I was having panic attacks on Sunday nights. The company puts numbers before anything else. You're encouraged to stretch the truth or lie by omission when talking to clients about certain things. Call times and away times are heavily monitored, and my supervisor once read my instant messages and then complained to me about something I had said to another team member, privately. It felt like I was always being watched. For the last couple months I was there, I spend 9 hours a day answering back to back queue calls with barely any time to call my own clients.
