Paychex reviews

They (oasis supervisors) treat payroll specialists who were not from oasis like scum!! They do not care about the paychex employees who had to merge into there teams. They WILL break you down mentally, pile every departments work on you and not care one bit! Everything was always the payroll specialists fault, we would always get the grunt of everything. The oasis payroll people made sure paychex employees were divided and the communication was awful! The paychex employees who merged into oasis teams always found out new updates LAST or never found out at all until we would get lucky one person finds out and passes it on. They set us up for failure every time! Clients and employees were leaving left & right! When I put in my twice weeks, my Oasis supervisor harassed me every single day with loads of work until my last day! I wouldn’t refer this company to anyone!

Management does not respect you if you have a life. You work, work, work way past 40 hours a week. Constantly at your laptop and then they ask you for more. You are not left alone to rest if you are sick. You are not given time off even if someone close to you dies. This is Constant pressure. Constant stress. You are Overworked, SUPER underpaid salary wise. Everyone on my team is looking for another job due to those in upper and middle management treatment of employees. We are shown a complete lack of empathy, respect, all while they smile in your face and then tack more work on you. The admin will eat you alive and you will spend hundreds of hours living in frustration.
