Unlimited PTO, can work remotely, kind of flexible schedule, good pay if you hit your numbers

Cons

Micromanaging to the t. People are treated like numbers, and if you don't hit your monthly targets, you are treated badly. My manager was the worst and gave everyone on the team anxiety. The team was also not very diverse with only 2 Black Sales Reps out of 30 and maybe 2 Asian Sales Reps. You could have a good work life balance with this role if the managers had boundaries. The manager would call and text at 8 PM-10 PM, and more likely than not, work would bleed over to when you got home. If your sanity is a priority, and you actually want a work life balance, stay away.

Collaboration is important and supported.

Cons

Senior reps are allowed to poach from new reps lead base. Reps, supervisors and directors are bailing to competitors. Two downward revisions in the comp plan in one year is partially to blame but leadership matters. Great people don't leave good companies for no reason.

Company expects new hires to perform the same as tenured. They keep adding more and more work, clients are angry and agents get in trouble if they can’t keep up with it all. It’s too much to keep up with. There’s no job satisfaction.
