Great benefits (401k w/ match, health, dental, vision, hsa, unlimited time off). 100% remote work. DE&I programs is what every companies standard should be, they make sure everyone is heard.

Cons

This role isn't for you if you don't like remote work. As someone who comes from a cold calling background, it's difficult calling the same clients within your territory trying to sell them the same thing that they said no to 6 months ago. You territory is only about 800-900 clients and new clients/leads rarely come in, depending on how good your payroll partners are.
