During my time at the company, I faced several challenges that limited my ability to contribute effectively. Despite the role being advertised as hybrid/remote, I was required to be in the office daily, which conflicted with the original job expectations. I was frequently moved between teams, which made it difficult to build continuity or fully showcase my skills. Additionally, I reported to 5–6 different managers over a two-year span, which contributed to a lack of consistent leadership and direction. Overall, the environment felt impersonal, and I often felt like just a number rather than a valued team member.
