Pros

Great brand recognition and good start into the HCM industry for those looking to begin a career. Very good lower level management team. Collaborative culture.

Cons

Significant decrease in the overall company culture from what it used to be. Increased pressure from leadership, Decrease in work/life balance and made to feel bad when not working all hours of the day. Had a senior leader brag about lack of empathy. Limited training available and inconsistent messaging from leadership keeps you in a state of fear. Would not recommend.
