Pros

Solid company that rarely if ever lays off employees, and continues to stay stable if not grow. Company has no debt, so they look to remain solid for many years to come.

Cons

Atmosphere can be tense, with agressive deadlines and constant changes due to tax laws, etc. Little encouragement for employees to mingle outside of work time.

Pros

Lack of anyone actually caring about their job. This makes for a great job if you are lazy and do not want to work hard as no one will actually hold you accountable.

Cons

Poor Management, Poor Communication, Lack of Industry educated professionals, too much middle management, new 'old' boys network-every time there is a senior management change (VP or above) which has been multiple times in the past 3 years they change the entire staff, direction and overall positioning of the company.

Younger co-workers, pretty easy summers, relatively good managers, profit sharing benefits

Cons

The place has a high turnover rate, mainly because people get burned out and generally most people hate what they do. They always pushed "customer satisfaction" and "stress management". They micro-manage everything and you will have managers monitoring your calls with clients. Worst job I ever had.
