      Great Benefits, Nice Co-workers, some training was relevant to job, large based of semi-warm leads to call on

      Terrible Insurance Agency, Tremendous lack of Administrative Support, Deficit in operational support, not prepared to assist employers in the large market segment, management doesn't have a clear view of functions of a real insurance agency

      The pay is poor. Some workers have second jobs, which means they're not able to fully contribute and you end up taking the group's extra work.

      GREAT BENEFITS AND FUN ENVIROMENT

      Pros

      One of the better health plans available to major companies. Relaxed environment where collaboration is encouraged. Company is honestly trying to better itself so you will be asked your opinion often and changes take effect relativity quick. Freedom to control your book of clients the way you see fit and there isn't a lot of micro-managing.

      Cons

      The job is stressful and high paced. You must be very patient and learn extremely quickly while maintaining a professional demeanor. The starting pay proportionate to the amount of responsibility and stress, but if you do the training necessary to advance position, the pay is better.
