Pros

Training, exposure to different industries

Cons

Pay is not aligned with job expectations; clients are not screened for longevity--pushed through for 90 days so sales can make their quota; upward mobility for field HRGs limited and based on favoritism and not merit; company as a whole not supportive of telecommuting; bonus structure not transparent

Pros

Great benefits, good training, work from home for certain sectors

Cons

I worked for the company for 10+ years and watched the quality of treatment of the employees go downhill. While pay did not change much, expectations for productivity and knowledge continued to increase. The stress level in branches is particularly high and does not seem likely to change. Management seems out of touch with front line employees.
