Pros

The people are the best aspect of this company, really nice and always offer to help. Great teamwork.

Cons

Upper management is only focused on the bottom line. They have had a few layoffs and let really good experienced people go, while keeping younger employees to fill the gaps. Now the current employees are overloaded and trying to get by with less knowledge and support. They do not have reliable systems. Communication between corporate departments and lower level groups is lacking.

Pros

The people were amazing. I had fun and really loved my co-workers and my clients.

Cons

The work load was unrealistic. The pay was not worth the stress. Other specialists would go out on FMLA for stress, which meant that the workload was distributed among the other Specialists. They in turn would get stressed and leave. It was a vicious cycle.

Pros

They celebrate monthly birthdays. They give semi-annual bonuses. Some of the people are genuine and want to see you succeed . Great Holiday party.

Cons

The management team is only out to make themselves look good. If they like you they will make sure that you get ahead and get into a position that they want you to have. If they do not like you they will make it hard for you so that you want to make the choice to leave. Any ideas you present to upper management, they will take them and use them as their own.
