      The Agency is at an all time low

      Pros

      The benefits are very good. You are able to build your career, as the company is very focused on career development.

      Cons

      Several tenure employees have left the agency and found alternate positions as management does not listen to our needs. Departments are severely understaffed, and underpaid for the amount of work that is handled on a daily basis. The workload is unmanageable. The morale is at an all time low, and management is too focused on numbers to care. We are considered just a number to them. Our new director has been in the position for a few months and has not introduced himself to our department.

      Pros

      Constant training and building of knowledge base. Team atmosphere - we all help each other out with the growing amount of work that is nearly impossible to complete in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Current restructuring of company - overworked, understaffed and underpaid compared to industry average. The "specialized one on one service" we once provided our clients is diminishing and clients are becoming frustrated with lack of quick response time we once prided ourselves on.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great co-workers, mostly good client base. 401K match is above standard. Several bump up benefit options that are well worth the premium.

      Cons

      Reorganized our division three times in the last year. You cannot leave for vacation and know who you will be reporting to when you return. Discord among the group has resulted in constant absence with less tenured employees leaving others to pick up the slack.
