Pros

Great training program and ability to make a decent pay.

Cons

Poor management and leadership. The commission structure is a nightmare. Fighting among department leadership and backstabbing dishonesty to steal deals. The absolute worst company culture I have ever worked under.

Pros

Unlimited PTO. Really only thing I can think of

Cons

Management is consistently changing their training all the time. Also, so much time doing admin tasks takes time away from you selling the software. Also, VERY bad partnership here, everyone always wants a referral to them but they never reciprocate. For the industry, the pay is on the lower end also.

Pros

Low Requirements to start at $16/hr in Indy. Opportunity to move horizontally and into lower management. Available benefits.

Cons

Will be constant stress and pressure from the first moment out of training. This is followed by increasing personal client counts each week while people quit around you. Management changes almost monthly at some points with supervisors and managers leaving/changing positions. Expectations are always set higher than what one employee is capable of. No positive change has happened in the 2 years I have worked at the company.
