Pros

No pros - waste of time - they sell a dream but it’s all a lie

Cons

-Lack of proper on boarding and training - basically just sitting in a room training your self for 2 weeks before sent away to training . -Management lacked the experience in leading a team - As a sales job - how can a standardized test show ones true potential ?? If one doesn’t past the test you are jobless and they don’t care!

Pros

Company as a whole has very good benefits.

Cons

This is no longer a family friendly company to work for. They have become less willing to work with their employees. They continue to take from the employees without working to give back to their employees. Salary and raises are not adequate for job titles. Instead of rewarding employees for length of time with the company and experience they try to push you out the door to hire cheaper help. Promotions are given to newer employees to try and keep you with the company. In order to get a promotion after a few years you need to self promote yourself. There is no promotion plans for individuals. Management doesn't promote without individuals having to continuously ask for promotions and then they ask you to write justification as to why you should be promoted. I would think a good management team would recognize people who truly deserve promotions.
