Inbound leads in 1-5 EE range no longer go to territory rep and isntead are given to virtual sales. 20% or more of unit and revenue has disappeared overnight for most reps and certain territories are much more severely impacted. Decent reps struggling to meet quota isn't uncommon. The conference and Circle level reps are leaving en mass because money isn't worth the day to day grind, rapidly fading culture and team atmosphere in many (not all) districts. Territory reps and district managers are struggling to enjoy the atmosphere these days as there has been a drastic increase in micromanagement of individual territory rep daily activity and strict requirements to log activity, in detail, in SalesForce each day.
