Great medical benefits and fair time off

Cons

This company’s culture is dropping exponentially by the day under the new CEO’s leadership. It is incredibly disappointing to see the long term vision of a company that worked so hard to grow and promote a positive culture to lose its momentum and employee satisfaction. Also very telling to see a lot of top talent including Senior Leaders, who were so committed to the company, now resign.

The company is forcing everyone back into offices after granting work from home. They will claim it was never permanent but thats how it was stated. The claim its for collaboration and their culture. They have no culture and they do not listen to employee concerns. Over worked in most departments.
