      1. Good compensation. 2. Growth opportunities. 3. Good hrs if you're full time.

      Cons

      I currently work at this company and i really love Panda Express, but the store i work at its 1. Unfairness. 2. Negative environment. 3. Discrimination. I want to transfer to a new store and they want me to put my 2 weeks at the store i am at to terminate me so that they dont give me my transfer and not able to be rehire by the store i want to go. Manager its been declining my transfer and wants to fire me for no reason.

      -Decent pay considering it is fast food. -Very easy to get promoted if you are working the front of house. -Free food.

      Cons

      -Promotions were a little lengthy because my ACO would not approve -Harded to get promotions in the back of house

      Pros

      Panda Express is a fun place to work. They are like a family. Panda offers great benefits, as well as reasonable pay. They have always started employees out over minimum wage, and have lots of room for advancement. I would recommend this job to my family and friends.

      Cons

      In every job you have there will always be a few people who you just don't get along with. My experience was this way. The ACO said I could not be promoted to Assistant manager because I was overweight. He was then demoted a short while after this incident. Other then this, everyone else I have met where great, very friendly people. They offer a lot of hours at the mall location's during the holiday. this is a con, because you can expect to not see your family very often during this time.
