      Pros

      They work with your school schedule, promote always from within the company, and pay way more than other restaurants.

      Cons

      Long, usually 12 hour, shifts. Overall Panda Express does not have many bad qualities. I would recommend panda to anybody!

      Long hours, long hours and extremely long hours Everyone is scared of upper level management, had to clean till 2AM in the morning for VIP visits ! Advancement not based on your results but based on how many landmark classes that you take which is useless as sh*t Fake a*s upper level management who expect you to practice Panda Mission and Values of developing people but they dont give a crap about you in reality High turnover - managers quit or get fired quickly
