      Other than decent amount of hours no pros

      Cons

      Management is horrible and they dont want to give you your raise. They slave you working doubkes every other day without a break. Custimers are horrible and co workers are horrible. This was by far my WORST experience ever.

      Teamwork is not prevalent. Shifts do not care about the next shift and when coupled with a rush creates a intensely stressful environment for a new employee. Politics plays a huge part in whether or not people will help you and determines the demeanor they use when communicating with you,

      Pros

      The people are extremely easy to work with and highly qualified to do their jobs. Fun atmosphere with lots of opportunity to get involved and to build stronger relationships with your peers - baseball league, company lunches, talents shows, hiking trips, marathons, etc. This is a very stable and fast growing company with lots of opportunity for growth once you are a permanent employee.

      Cons

      Hiring process is very time consuming, intrusive and unproductive. It requires so much growth/change/openness from the applicant in so little time. Leadership is into self-help books and forums that associates are "highly encouraged" to pick up as well. These forums are over glorified by the company. Huge disconnect between employees and leadership.
