Pros
I've been working for this company for 7+ years, its been a great learning opportunity. The company does set a high standard for cleanliness and food quality and the pay is worth the hard work. The environment makes me feel like I have an even bigger family, its always a good shift when we work together in synergy. Since the pandemic the company has taken many different safety protocols such as wearing masks, gloves at all times and sanitizing the store every 30 minutes - 1 hour to create a safe space for the associates and guests. I am happy to come into work everyday knowing that my company cares about my safety, the safety of others and overall working in a positive environment.
Cons
The work can be challenging at first, but after practicing or learning a new skill it does get easier. The company sets a high standard for attention for detail but its with good intentions to create a positive experience not only for the associates but also the guests.
