Live to work and have no life.

Pros

Learning great leadership skills through Landmark. Learning how to run clean restaurant operations. Good pay because of overtime 50+ hours expected weekly open to close management, or you could work for a different company and make higher hourly wage 40 hrs per week.

Cons

Poor work life balance, for example I worked for 4 years as a manager and never got a vacation. When asking upper management for vacation i was always made to feel bad for requesting time away, often saying that if I took a vacation I don’t care about my job. I was also passed up for promotion even though I performed the next role for over a year.

Slave labor

Pros

The pay is good if you don't divide it by hours worked.

Cons

Andrew churn makes his billions off the backs of upper management working like slaves. Only one day to half a day off per week. Full day meetings that last until 1 am. The higher up you reach, the more you spend time faking that your numbers and stores are perfect before the higher ups visit. So much time wasted on meetings that don't matter instead of focusing on your own stores.

Pros

Pros might be , no healthy life style !

Cons

Very racist company, if you are not asian, you'd never be promoted to above GM position, only 1 will be if he/she is so lucky so they can say equal opportunity company ... bla bla They require and force you to work almost 60 hours a week .. if you dont want, you can say bye bye .. ofcourse in not a direct way, they will start being so picky with you , give you hard time for small stuff and warnings till you are out. Term "healthy life style, work life balance" makes no meaning for them ... they say it , but in opposite they force you and not give you opportunity to actually have a healthy life style. Last but not least, I have personally 4 General Managers and 2 Area managers that quit because no life for them, their families never see them, maybe few hours a week if lucky !
