      Pros

      Great benefits package, promotes from within, a company that keeps their word. Free meals on breaks and a focus on personal self development.

      Cons

      12 hour days of hard labor that exhausts the body and mind. After 8 hours that last 4 you are dragging yourself through the day and you are less productive

      Pros

      Only pro I have is that they will offer insurance after 6 months but you do need to average 30 hours a week

      Cons

      Long hours, transfer you to other stores without notice, boss texts and calls at all hours of the night, expect hourly associates to run a store when the manager quits, can never get a response from boss unless he initiates the conversation, very racist- I hardly ever see an higher ups who are not Asian

      Pros

      You get free lunch break food You get Bonuses if the sales are very good You start at a fairly good salary The workers are nice and friendly Is a high chance to get promoted You get a lot of hours if you're free

      Cons

      The customers are rude at times ( but thats everywhere) i worked almost every weekend so i was never free to do anything with family and friends over the weekend
