Pros

Only good thing was free food during breaks and the over minimum wage salary and getting to know your employees (my formers coworkers are still friends of mine even after I left)

Cons

This place is not worth it. On the first day I was yelled at because I didn't have the right shoes (which are no slip shoes) and I didn't have enough information to be put in the system. I was yelled at even though I was not told that I needed these things. it may be an obvious thing to have but this was my first job and I had no clue. During my time here the work load was horrible and there was so much pressure especially when there were a lot of people in the restaurant. Manager always wants you to look busy even though there was absolutely nothing to do. Even if the lobby was spotless and everything was stocked, manager would say go and do it all over again. the hours are terrible. at first I worked 4 or 5 days a week and reasonable hours then my hours were cut down to only 15 hours a week which is one 10 hour shift on either Friday or Saturday and a 5 hour shift on Sunday. Which made no sense to me and made me lose a lot of money. The main reason why I left was because I was starting school but I absolutely hated that place and I am glad I don't work there anymore.

Pros

Free meals during scheduled work time, paid vacation for regular associates.

Cons

You work LOOOOOOONG hours. Managers are always quitting, so they leave the lead counter help in charge for months while only getting paid hourly, and none of the benefits managers receive such as, bonuses or proper compensation. They should rename this place PANDA STRESS!!!!!

Pros

The employees in general, the low level staff, somewhat competitive pay and benefits. Growing company with lots of potential.

Cons

A bit cult-ish, lots of classes and personal development required, some have to pay yourself. A lot of the old school middle management need lessons on being more human. Their personalities are outdated.
