Pros

All the benefits and the self development. Basically the concept is that they give you a 1.5 million $ store that is yours to run as you please and all they ask in return is that you work on bettering yourself in all the human dimensions and never be satisfied, always aim higher.

Cons

Like any corporation there those that are out for only themselves and will step on you to get what they want so you must be strong willed.

Cons

The company is very shallow. They pulled hard working associates off their shift and replaced them with associates they considered more attractive when a big wig was coming to your the location. They are extremely into their core value of health life style and will ask you to commit to losing a certain amount of weight. An example, the water machine was broken and I poured myself some lemonade and the regional manager pulled me aside after our regional meeting and asked me why I was drinking lemonade.

Cons

Many... Unfair pay.... no work & life balance... and unqualified people in high positions with inconsistent standard. They work us like we are factory workers in China all day every day low pay for the workload
