Best reason is I have a job.

The manager is rude an tells some employees to stop moving a certain way. One employee's neck was hurting and he sat him down and basically told him to stop moving his neck that way sarcastically. He also boasts about how hes been working for panda for 14 years. He downgrades us and he gets angry when we cant clean the lobby perfectly in under 25-30 minutes within the first week of our job. No one will get anything perfect the first time especially if it's a new job and he doesn't care about that. He favors and one employee that is trustworthy, said our manager talks crap about the other employees which are mainly women..I also was told that before i was hired a women quit because she felt the manager was harrasing her and being racist. That behavior is still present.

Been with the company for a short time coming from In-N-Out Burger seeing the quality of the food and the way it is cooked is nasty in my opinion so called “Fresh” is not fresh food with alot of things added to it the work is tiring and they suck on giving out breaks for over 7 hours and only get my lunch ?no first break or last break horrible time management and poor decisions
