      Good Pay and Bonuses Focused on Self Development High Standards compared to other QSR concepts

      Cons

      Make you change who you are as a person as a means of Improving yourself (For ACO's out there, yes, I am using REACTIVE language right now) Never satisfy mindset, General Managers are never appreciated on their hardwork and ACO's and RDO's are always finding ways to bring down their managers because their view is if a manager is happy with his/her results, they have the perception that the manager is "EASILY SATISFIED" and will end up being "COMFORTABLE" we are human being too and the need for affirmation is always there even though whatever landmark BS you send us through! "NOTHING RIGHT OR WRONG WITH THIS REVIEW" is that right ACO team?

      Here at Panda we have strong values and high standards. If you are reading this and if you are asking yourself should I apply to Panda?? Well the answer is yes and im going to tell you why: Our Panda team is constantly focused on improving ourselves this includes our healthy life styles, or education, the self development to grow within the company to seek knowledge, interdependence and financial stability. Here at Panda we enjoy high engagement, great attitudes and great execution everyday we come to work our priority is our guest and team daily satisfaction. I can personally say that i started my journey a year ago for financial stability and now after a year I have accomplished so much. I was inspired by my Panda Leadership team to go back to school, managed to understand the balance of work and my personal life, understand that its never late to grow and continue to learn to better myself. I started to see that feedback is given because someone cares, they want to seem me succeed if someone gives you five minutes of their time trust me they are there because they care. I can proudly say that after so much hard work and dedication I became an Assistant Manger in training after one year in which this is just the beginning for something great. Panda offers great opportunities for those who seek to better themselves; It is not just an ordinary fast food place is a career, we deliver exceptional Asian dining experience, and we are a company known for great development and leaders. And yes panda does pay really really good!!!

      At first you may not receive enough hours, you'll start part time; I can say that great work (execution), and great attitude and growth in the company believe me the hours are there. You'll get them
