I can personally say that i started my journey a year ago for financial stability and now after a year I have accomplished so much. I was inspired by my Panda Leadership team to go back to school, managed to understand the balance of work and my personal life, understand that its never late to grow and continue to learn to better myself. I started to see that feedback is given because someone cares, they want to seem me succeed if someone gives you five minutes of their time trust me they are there because they care. I can proudly say that after so much hard work and dedication I became an Assistant Manger in training after one year in which this is just the beginning for something great.
