      Very fast paced and you have to be dedicated to the company.

      Pros

      401k with company match, monthly bonuses, merit increases every 6 months, opportunities for growth, good pay. Fun environment very clean and we really care about our customers. Managers support is also good. Plus quarterly bonuses are a plus they are like $7,000 or more depending on how well your store does for managers only.

      Cons

      Long shift hours sometimes you will work a 14 hour shift. Very stressful job!! You will have to work on your off day most of the time. Hard to maintain a work life balance.

      Pros

      Huge advancement potential, caring associates, upper management is super cool and down to earth, a company who is willing to teach, and overall a very supportive company to work for.

      Cons

      Wanted way too many hours of your time, work life balance is non-existent, manager must take on a lot of responsibilities, job seemed very stressful for what it's worth.
