Pros

Compensation is very generous. I am encouraged to grow myself at work and at home. I am supported and challenged daily.

Cons

It's fast paced, hard work. If you aren't all in, you will struggle.

Pros

I have been in panda for almost 6 months, I like how Panda invest in thier Associates ans really care to develop not just their professional but also their personal Life. Upper Management is Great they don’t Micro managed you. Also My boss doesn’t like to be called as boss he like me to call him by his Name.

Cons

Long hours but any Management job with Great pay have to be that way.

Good pay, good benefits, nice environment and good people to work with. Panda supports their employees to have continuous learning.

Cons

Long hours. You might need to work extra hard if short handed. A lot of physical jobs that you have to deal with everyday
