      Great at the store level

      Great pay. Great family feel among coworkers. Easy and fun job when everyone is pulling their weight.

      Cons

      Too much micromanaging from DMs and above. Store Manager should have more say and control as long as Puma standards are being met.

On an ongoing basis, we continuously look to improve Retail Store Operations. We are aware of the busy and fast-paced work environment and how much support and initiative is needed in that business unit. Adding to that, we are very open about constructive criticism and propositions on how we can improve the work environment even more. However, PUMA aims to engage all employees in giving their best every day as we set this goal for ourselves as a company as well. To be Forever Faster, we need to stay busy, keep going and never stop.
