The decision to reduce our workforce last year was not easy, however we handled and communicated them with empathy and transparency. Like most SaaS companies, OwnBackup will sometimes offer a discount to a potential customer in exchange for opting for a multi-year contract. However, we never apply pressure on customers or resort to unfair tactics.
