Less diplomatic concern compare with bigger MNCs. As the company has been spun off from MSD in 2021, there are many learning opportunities.

Cons

Long working hours remain a challenge to most people in the organization, there are many night calls. I can see senior leaders are working hard to push for wellness, the situation could last for many years.
