      Good benefits. Smart / intelligent / experienced people. Being a part of a "newer" company, you learn what it takes to build/develop a brand

      Behaves much like the parent company (Merck) Lots of change/flux/structural turbulence within management Due to the young age of company, employees have to take on a lot of extra work
