Good work life balance. Great variety of jobs. Possible to change to a completely different job within the company. Employee reduction program on company services (landline, TV services, mobile phone contracts). Good communication from high management.

Way too much bureaucracy Lack of long term vision Lack of innovation Lack of recognition of expertise Internal promotion can be tricky

Big company w/strong history on market, you will not find any difficulties finding business opportunities. Good place to be if you want to have a taste of big business.

Cons
