A stable company in an industry and on a continent that is going through challenging times -- a so-so economy, a saturated, heavily regulated market, etc.

Cons

Considering all of the above, it can be hard to find reasons for optimism. But management has articulated a plan for at least weathering the storm.

When you begin, you can switch from one project to another (obviously when your tasks ended), development projects I mean.

Cons

Business managers don't hesitate to lie, HR's work to only assist & protect Managers. Low basic salaries. Important gap in consulting, they don't how to do & help their hypothetical consultants.
